This year, more than any the NHS has illustrated its importance at the heart of our society in combating the Coronavirus pandemic – looking after us and our loved ones. This year, more than any, the people who make up our NHS have gone above and beyond the call of duty.

On this day, the anniversary of the NHS, we remember those who lost their lives and recognise those who have worked tirelessly to care for others as we celebrate our NHS and all that it does for every one of us.
